This advanced Balance Trainer (BT) workout targets the glutes, hips, and thighs, as well as the upper body and core.  It also incorporates a little cardio to get your heart rate up.  You should be familiar with the Balance Trainer before you try this workout.  You have several options for how to do this workout:

  • Complete all the exercises, one after the other (one set) for a short, total body workout.
  • Do 2 or more sets of each exercise in circuit format or in straight sets for a longer workout.
  • Split the routine into upper body and lower body for shorter workouts.
